Dossary Law Firm LLP "DLF" was founded in 2019 and quickly built a national reputation for excellence in the litigation and corporate areas, the firm also came to be counted among the leading litigation firms in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Prior to establishing Dossary law firm, founding partner Hamad Khalifa Aldossary serves as Counsel for many years at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP.

Quick facts
Litigations
We have represented clients in some of the largest and most complex disputes, including commercial litigation, complex settlements, appeals, and arbitration. Total litigations amounts of SAR391m.
Projects
DLF has supported its clients in advising on Pre-Bidding Due Diligence, reviewing bidding documents, drafting and vetting Concessionaire Agreement. DLF also provided related to BOT (Build – Operate – Transfer)Projects.
Progress By The Numbers
DLF successfully prepared for and attend more than 190 hearings before Saudi courts. Most of the cases before the courts in the Eastern Province, while 3 cases were in the Riyadh Court. Most cases are before the Commercial Court and the General Court.
